Mashed Potatoes with Leeks and Cod

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and cook the potatoes.
    Slice the leeks and sauté them in half of the butter. Add minced garlic and onion.
    Mash the potatoes and mix in the hot cream. Then add the leeks, season, and keep warm.
  • 2.   Pat dry the cod. Melt some butter with a little oil in a pan. Season the fish. Cook the fish for a few minutes on each side over medium heat, flipping it when one side is golden brown.
  • 3.   After cooking, remove the fish and melt the remaining butter in the pan with parsley.
  • 4.   Serve the mashed potatoes with the fish and butter sauce.

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 onion
  • 100 ml of sour cream
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon of parsley
