Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the garlic cloves.
  • 2.   In a sauté pan, sauté the garlic, then add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • 3.   Sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • 4.   Pour in the cognac and flambé.
  • 5.   Finely chop a few basil leaves and sprinkle them over the shrimp.
