Tofu and Black Mushroom Broth

Instructions

  • 1.   Soak the mushrooms in a bowl of warm water for about twenty minutes. Drain them and cut them into slices.
  • 2.   Rinse the bean sprouts.
  • 3.   Heat 1 liter of water in a saucepan and dissolve the chicken broth in it.
  • 4.   Cut the tofu into cubes.
  • 5.   Peel and slice the shallot. Heat the oil in a small pan and sauté the shallot.
  • 6.   Pour the contents of the pan into the saucepan. Add the tofu cubes, bean sprouts, mushroom slices, and soy sauce.

    Bring to a boil again and let simmer for 10 minutes.

  • 50 g of soybean sprout
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
  • 3 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 200 g of tofu
