Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the oranges and grapefruits.
  • 2.   Cut the oranges and grapefruits into pieces and arrange them in 4 individual bowls.
  • 3.   Make a vinaigrette with oil, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • 4.   Place the lettuce leaves in the bowls with the citrus fruits.
  • 5.   Sprinkle with crab meat, chives, and chopped shallots.

    Season with mustard.
