2. Cook the broccoli (steamed or in boiling water).
3. Meanwhile, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
4. After the broccoli is cooked (wait until it cools down), blend it with the 2 egg yolks, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper.
5. Gently fold the broccoli mixture into the beaten egg whites.
6. Fill about 3/4 of small molds with this mixture (if possible, use silicone molds such as cannelé or muffin molds) to make 16 pieces.
7. Place half a slice of goat cheese on top of each piece.
8. Bake for 25 minutes.
9. Serve warm.
