Homemade Roquefort and Mushroom Pizza, a delicious recipe

Instructions

  • 1.   Roll out the pizza dough. Prick it. Spread the sour cream on the dough. Sprinkle with ground meat, then with finely chopped onion.
  • 2.   Arrange the Emmental cheese on top, then the sliced mozzarella. Finally, place the contents of the Roquefort container, cut into cubes, on top of everything.
  • 3.   Sprinkle the pizza with oregano, then bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes, until golden brown.

  • 250 g of flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 10 g of fresh baker's yeast
  • 150 ml of water
  • 3 tablespoon of sour cream
  • 100 g of grated emmental
  • 100 g of Roquefort
  • 2 g of dried oregano
