1. Roll out the pizza dough. Prick it. Spread the sour cream on the dough. Sprinkle with ground meat, then with finely chopped onion.
2. Arrange the Emmental cheese on top, then the sliced mozzarella. Finally, place the contents of the Roquefort container, cut into cubes, on top of everything.
3. Sprinkle the pizza with oregano, then bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes, until golden brown.
