Classic Macaroni Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook for about 8 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.
  • 2.   In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Add the chopped onion, chopped celery, chopped bell pepper, carrots, chopped chili peppers, and macaroni.
  • 3.   Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

  • 2.5 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1.5 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 green bell pepper
  • ¼ cup of grated carrot
  • 2 tablespoon of chili pepper
