Slow Cooker Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

Instructions

  • 1.   Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the pork tenderloins on all sides, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix teriyaki sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, minced garlic, hot peppers, sliced onion, and pepper in a bowl.
  • 2.   Place the pork tenderloins in a slow cooker and pour the teriyaki sauce over them. Cook on high for 4 hours, flipping the tenderloins 2 or 3 times during cooking.
  • 3.   Remove the tenderloins from the slow cooker and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing. If desired, serve with the sauce collected in the slow cooker.
