Pan-Seared Asparagus with Parmesan

Instructions

  • 1.   In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Cook the asparagus (after removing the tough ends) for 5 to 8 minutes, turning them occasionally.
    Once they have reached the desired level of doneness, remove any excess fat and sprinkle with Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
