Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the banana into pieces
  • 2.   Blend the eggs and banana together
    Gradually add the flour until you obtain a batter
  • 3.   In a hot (and buttered) pan, make pancakes using a tablespoon.
    Let it cook until it easily comes off the pan, then flip and cook for 2 minutes.
  • 4.   Serve on a plate, accompanied by jam, spread, maple syrup, fruits, whipped cream...
