. Cut the banana into pieces

. Blend the eggs and banana together
Gradually add the flour until you obtain a batter

. In a hot (and buttered) pan, make pancakes using a tablespoon.
Let it cook until it easily comes off the pan, then flip and cook for 2 minutes.

. Serve on a plate, accompanied by jam, spread, maple syrup, fruits, whipped cream...
