Instructions

  • 1.   Blend the peas, corn, onion (cut into quarters), and egg in a blender. Then add the spices, flour, and breadcrumbs to the mixture until it forms a thick dough (to be able to shape into patties).
  • 2.   Shape the patties in a hot pan with a little oil. Cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat. Before removing them from the heat, place cheese slices on top to melt slightly.
  • 3.   You can then assemble your burgers with the buns, lettuce, tomato slices, sauces, and the patty. You can also toast the buns in the pan.

  • 200 g of corn (small can)
  • 200 g of pea
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 1 mayonnaise
  • 4 leaf of green salad
  • 1 ketchup
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of sweet paprika
  • 1 pinch of ground cumin
  • 1 pinch of curry powder
