Express Yogurt-Apple Cake

Instructions

  • 1.   Take the eggs out of the fridge. Peel the apple, remove the core and seeds, and cut it into thin slices.
  • 2.   Melt the butter. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease the mold.
  • 3.   In a bowl, beat the yogurt, eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar.
  • 4.   Sift the flour and baking powder over the mixture.
  • 5.   Add the apple slices and melted butter.
  • 6.   Pour the batter into the greased mold. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 to 50 minutes, depending on the oven.

  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 3 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 bag of baking powder
