Instructions

  • 1.   In a pot, add the onions cut into 6 quarters, the leek sliced ​​and 2 level teaspoons of salt for 5 minutes.
  • 2.   Add the carrots sliced ​​into rounds, the kohlrabi and the potatoes cut into 2 cm pieces, the minced garlic and the turmeric.
  • 3.   Add 2 and a half liters of water and bring to a boil.
  • 4.   When the water boils, cook for 20 minutes and it's done.
    While cooking, cook the pasta in a small pot and add the pasta to the plates when the minestrone is ready.
  • 5.   Sprinkle the plates with pepper and Parmesan cheese.
