Avocado and Shrimp Verrines

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the avocados and set aside some pieces - don't forget to add them as decoration!
  • 2.   Fry the shrimp in wok oil and add some chili spices (not too much!)
  • 3.   Make a paste with the majority of the avocados and the recovered oil - season with salt and pepper
  • 4.   Arrange the avocado puree at the bottom, then the shrimp and avocado pieces, and finally the crushed garlic croutons.
    (If the croutons are plain, rub them with a clove of garlic)

  • 3 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 handful of crouton
  • 1 garlic clove
