Instructions
1. For the crepes:
In a mixing bowl, pour the flour, then add the eggs, salt, and mix well with a whisk.
2. Gradually add the milk, mixing well with a whisk after each addition to avoid lumps.
3. Finally, add the oil and beer. (You can also add 25g of melted butter per 500g of flour)
4. Let the batter rest for 1 to 2 hours.
5. For each crepe, grease the bottom of a pan by melting a small amount of butter; pour a ladle of batter and tilt the pan in all directions to spread the batter evenly; cook over medium heat until the crepe slides when shaken; then flip it and cook the other side for about 2 minutes.
6. On each crepe, add sliced ham and grated cheese.
7. Let the egg cook.
8. It's ready, you can enjoy it.
