Garlic Cream Soup

Instructions

  • 1.   Start by finely chopping the onion.
    Dice the potatoes.
    Slice the garlic cloves.
    Heat the butter in a pot, sauté the onion until translucent but not browned.
    Add the diced potatoes, garlic, water, and bay leaf.
    Cook until the vegetables are tender, covered on low heat until the water boils.
    Remove from heat, remove the bay leaf, and blend until smooth.
    Return the pot to heat until boiling, then add the heavy cream, salt, and pepper to taste, and remove from heat.

  • 1.5 liter of water
  • 1 leaf of bay leaf
  • 250 ml of heavy cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
