Tupperware Yogurt

What's better than homemade, firm and creamy yogurt? With a Tupperware yogurt maker, it's actually a non-electric yogurt maker consisting of a container with a lid that is filled with hot water.

Instructions

  • 1.   Boil half of the milk.
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix the remaining milk with sugar, the equivalent of one yogurt pot of powdered milk, and the yogurt. Mix well with a whisk. Pour the hot milk and whisk for a few moments so that the powdered milk dissolves well and the yogurt is evenly distributed.
  • 3.   Divide into the yogurt pots and place them in the container of the yogurt maker, without the lids. (Do not use the provided strainer with the yogurt maker)
  • 4.   Boil water in a kettle (let it stop by itself) and pour it between the pots until it reaches two centimeters below the top of the container.
  • 5.   Place the lid and let it set overnight. The container should be placed on a surface that won't be subject to vibrations.
