Instructions

  • 1.   Grate the cauliflower, apple, and carrots, then drizzle them with lemon juice.
  • 2.   Mix the curry with chili, salt, and pepper, then sprinkle it over the vegetables.
  • 3.   Mix well.
  • 4.   Drizzle with oil, stir, and let marinate for at least 1 hour before serving.
