Greek Potatoes

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
  • 2.   Thoroughly wash and cut the potatoes into quarters or slices.
  • 3.   In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and toss well to coat the potatoes evenly.
  • 4.   Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and arrange the potatoes on it, making sure they do not touch each other. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.

  • ½ teaspoon of sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of celery salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon of mustard powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 pinch of Cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of greek club house spice blend
