Boursin-tofu wrap

Instructions

  • 1.   Marinate the tofu in soy sauce, a little lemon juice, and a little oil (optional: spices, garlic, sesame seeds)
  • 2.   Grill the tofu in a pan with the remaining sesame oil, and warm up the wrap. Add the mushrooms.
  • 3.   Remove the stems, wash the kale, and massage it with lemon juice. Alternatively, use steamed cauliflower and season it.
