Gluten-Free Olive Cake

Instructions

  • 1.   Pour the flour into a mixing bowl. Add the oil and white wine, then the eggs one by one, the baking powder, grated cheese, and finally the olives and ham cut into small cubes.
  • 2.   Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan lined with parchment paper, filling it three-quarters full.
  • 3.   Bake for about 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 410°F (210°C).
  • 4.   Serve the cake sliced or in small cubes for appetizers.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Can also be baked in individual small molds.
