Grilled Stuffed Mushrooms

Instructions

  • 1.   Preparation: Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems.
    Finely chop the parsley, green onions, walnuts, and garlic, then mix them together to make the stuffing. Add salt and pepper.
    Fill the mushrooms with the stuffing and top each one with a small spoonful of butter and a pinch of coarse salt.
    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake the mushrooms for 15 minutes.
    You can serve them hot or cold.

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can also finely chop the mushroom stems and mix them into the stuffing.
