Tofu Stir-Fry

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the rice in a pot of boiling water. Meanwhile, sauté the shallots in olive oil in a skillet.
  • 2.   Cut the tofu into small dice and add them to the skillet with the shallots.
  • 3.   Then add the julienned vegetables.
  • 4.   Mix well.
  • 5.   Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 6.   When the rice is cooked, add it to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  • 7.   Finally, add the soy sauce. Let cook for another 5 minutes and there you have it, it's ready!

  • 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 pinch of salt
