Garlic bread rolls

Instructions

  • 1.   Dough preparation: mix the flour with the yeast, sour yogurt, sugar, and plain butter.
    Knead until you have a smooth but not sticky dough.
    Add salt and knead for another minute. Cover the dough with a damp towel for 1 hour.
    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Take small pieces of dough the size of ping pong balls, elongate them to 7 cm, and shape them into rolls.
    Cover a baking tray with parchment paper, place the rolls on it. Brush them with beaten egg and let them rise for 15 minutes.
    Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Mix melted salted butter with crushed garlic, finely chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt. Brush the warm rolls with this mixture.

  • 1.25 glass of drinkable yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 500 g of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of dried baker's yeast
  • 100 g of salted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 50 g of butter
