Grilled Cauliflower with Cheese

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius (340 degrees Fahrenheit).
    Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the whole cauliflower. Cook it on low heat for 10 minutes.
    Remove the cauliflower from the pot and drain it in a colander.
    Place the cauliflower on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, drizzle it with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
    Bake in the oven until it gets a nice color.
    Take out the cauliflower, place cheese squares on top, and return it to the oven for another 5 minutes.
    Serve hot.
