Pasta with Roquefort sauce | 12 ⛔

Roquefort sauce is a creamy and flavorful sauce. It is easy to prepare and pairs perfectly with red meat, especially ground beef, flank steak, ribeye, beef tenderloin, or sirloin steak.

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta in boiling water.
  • 2.   Mash the Roquefort cheese. Add the sour cream and a pinch of pepper (no salt!).
  • 3.   Drain the pasta. Put it in a pan, over low heat, and add the Roquefort-cheese mixture.
  • 4.   Finely chop the garlic. Pour the garlic into the pan.
  • 5.   Mix well and serve hot.

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
