Katsudon

Instructions

  • 1.   You need to have prepared the tonkatsu for this recipe: https://fr.frije.com/recipes/54187
  • 2.   Cook the rice until it becomes sticky.
  • 3.   Bring the sauce to a boil:
    - water
    - dashi
    - soy sauce
    - sugar
    - mirin
    - sake
  • 4.   Cook the onions in the previously boiled sauce.
    They should be well soaked in the sauce (which should have reduced).
  • 5.   Beat the eggs with the coriander.
  • 6.   Add the tonkatsu and then immediately pour the omelette on top and cover.
  • 7.   As soon as the egg is cooked to your liking, serve the rice (with a little soy sauce) in a bowl and place the tonkatsu covered with the omelette on top.

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 glass of Thai rice
  • ½ onions
  • 1 stalk of fresh coriander
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 bag of dashi
  • 4 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 2 tablespoon of mirin
  • 2 tablespoon of cooking sake
