Instructions

  • 1.   Flatten the chicken cutlets to have fairly thin cutlets.
  • 2.   Place two slices of ham side by side on each chicken cutlet and top with a slice of cheese.
  • 3.   Fold the cutlet in half to enclose the filling.
  • 4.   Prepare 3 plates and place flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs in each plate.
    Dip each cutlet first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
  • 5.   Cook them for a few minutes on each side in a pan with a little butter.
