Slimming Breakfast

After a night of rest, the body needs to recharge its batteries. To start the day off right, it is important to take care of this first meal and dedicate some time to it. Instructions

  • 1.   Sweeten the yogurt and mix.
    Cut the apple.
    Pour the apple into a glass, then add the yogurt and almonds and enjoy.

  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar

    Alternative: oat flakes, kiwi (for those who want to keep the sugar, half a teaspoon of jam). For the glass of water, the juice of half a lemon added to this heated water will do the trick and make digestion pleasant. But please, remove this sugar from me!
