Leek tart with nutmeg

Quick and easy leek tart recipe, perfect for a large group

Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the leeks in a little oil until they are almost cooked.
  • 2.   Pre-bake the crust for 10 minutes.
  • 3.   Prepare the filling:
    eggs, heavy cream, milk, nutmeg
    season with salt and pepper
  • 4.   Place the sautéed leeks in the crust, then pour the filling over them, followed by grated comté cheese. Sprinkle with a little more nutmeg.
  • 5.   Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can add small tomatoes cut in half and goat cheese on top.

  • 1 tablespoon of nutmeg
