Instructions

  • 1.   Finely chop onions and shallots.
  • 2.   Place the cleaned mussels in a pot. Add onions, shallots, butter, pepper, and crushed garlic clove.
  • 3.   Place celery stalks and parsley sprigs on top.
    Add white wine and a little water if necessary.
  • 4.   Cook, stirring, until the mussels are fully open.
  • 5.   Cook the fries.

  • 1 stalk of celery stalk
