Pink Radish and Mint Salad

Radish, a root vegetable native to Asia, can be consumed all year round and comes in several varieties! It is rich in minerals and trace elements.

Instructions

  • 1.   Trim and wash the radishes, then slice them into rounds and place them in a bowl.
  • 2.   Add the raisins, thinly sliced onion, slivered almonds, and chopped mint leaves.
    Mix everything together.
  • 3.   For the dressing, mix olive oil, lemon juice, and paprika in a separate container.
    Add the dressing to the dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • ½ red onions
  • 10 g of sliced almond
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 30 ml of lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon of sweet paprika
