Instructions
1. Cut the bell pepper and remove the seeds.
2. Fill with leftovers from the fridge (rice, corn, chili, tuna, red beans, vegetables, spices, ... use whatever you have)
or improvise a mixture like rice / bacon / onions / mozzarella for example.
Crack an egg OR cover with cheese if the filling allows it.
3. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 180°C.
