Broccoli and Goat Cheese Salad

Feel free to vary the pine nuts with hazelnuts, pistachios, or even chestnuts. Add some mushrooms or shallots: a delight!

Instructions

  • 1.   Steam the broccoli.
    Place them in a salad bowl once cooked and let them cool.
    Crumble the goat cheese over the broccoli when they are cold.
    Add the pine nuts. Season. It's ready!
