Shrimp and Avocado Salad with Passion Fruit and Banana

Instructions

  • 1.   Finely chop the garlic and mix it in a dish with the flesh and seeds of passion fruit, chopped cilantro, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the peeled shrimp and mix well.
  • 2.   Peel the bananas and avocados and cut them into small pieces. Add them to the bowl and let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours, stirring occasionally so that the shrimp cook in the lemon juice.
  • 3.   When ready to serve, sprinkle with crushed peanuts or cashews and enjoy chilled!
