Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the vegetables and cook them, either in water or in a steamer for about 20 minutes, then drain.
  • 2.   Blend the vegetables once with a blender or a potato masher, adding salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Add the heavy cream and blend again.
  • 4.   Drizzle with honey.
