Instructions

  • 1.   Place the corn flour in a bowl.
  • 2.   Warm up the milk.
  • 3.   Make a well in the corn flour and
  • 4.   Add the sugar, butter or oil, yeast, eggs, and salt.
  • 5.   Add the warm milk while stirring. Make a smooth and homogeneous batter.
  • 6.   Let it rest for about 15 minutes.
  • 7.   Cook in a waffle iron.
  • 8.   Serve with powdered sugar (be cautious of possible gluten presence), whipped cream (be cautious, it contains milk), chocolate sauce (be cautious of possible milk and gluten presence), chestnut cream (be cautious of possible milk and gluten presence)
