Creamy Parisian Mushrooms

Enjoyed all year round, creamy Parisian mushrooms are a delight of smoothness and authenticity. The lightness of the mushrooms balances with the richness of the fresh cream, while the parsley brings all its strength and zest to this very easy and quick dish to make. A simple and effective way to taste and enhance our favorite woodland mushrooms!

Instructions

  • 1.   Heat a little oil in a pan and gently reduce the mushroom pieces.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, peel the garlic cloves and finely slice them. Put them in a bowl. Wash the parsley, squeeze it and remove the leaves (discard the stems). Finely chop them and mix them with the minced garlic in the bowl.
  • 3.   When the white mushrooms have reduced well and are cooked (they are a little dry), add the parsley mixture (from the bowl) off the heat and mix. Finally, add the fresh cream, season with salt and pepper, and stir. Add the washed and chopped chives. Resume cooking to warm up the cream.

  • 20 g of parsley
  • 3 tablespoon of thick sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
