1. Dough preparation: preheat the oven to 50°C (122°F) or find a warm space to let the dough rise.
In a bowl, pour warm water and dissolve the yeast in it for 15 minutes.
In another container, mix the flour and salt.
Then add the oil and water from the bowl to the flour.
Knead the mixture with your hands.
Depending on the consistency of the dough, add water or flour to form a ball.
2. Place the dough ball in the oven for about 20 minutes to let it rise.
3. Meanwhile, thinly slice the leek and onion.
4. Remove the dough from the oven and roll it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 240°C (464°F).
5. Mix the cream and Greek yogurt and spread it on the dough. Add the vegetables and pumpkin seeds.
Season with salt and pepper.
6. Bake the tart in the oven for 10 minutes.
Serve with a few leaves of green salad.
Notes & Suggestions
Vary by adding leftovers such as carrots, apple slices, mushrooms, etc!
Add some grated cheese for a gratin effect!
