Instructions

  • 1.   Only take the heavy cream out when you are ready to make the whipped cream.
    Pour the cream into a bowl. Add the powdered sugar.
  • 2.   Beat the cream using an electric whisk. Gradually increase the speed (from slowest to fastest) every 30 seconds or so.
  • 3.   Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Only take it out when ready to serve.
  • 4.   Preferably serve using a piping bag (which allows for a nice 'striped' appearance of the cream).
