Chocolate Zucchini Muffins (Butter-Free)

Instructions

  • 1.   Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
  • 2.   Mix the eggs and sugar together.
  • 3.   Wash the zucchini, peel it, grate it finely, and add it to the mixture.
  • 4.   Add the melted chocolate to the mixture.
    Add the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  • 5.   Pour into muffin molds.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

Notes & Suggestions

  • Use whole cane sugar for a 100% natural result.
