1. Finely dice the chicken breasts, tomatoes, and sweet bell peppers.
2. Cut the chorizo into thick slices (about 1 cm).
3. Peel the onion and thinly slice it.

5. Once the onions are golden, add the chicken and chorizo, stirring regularly.
6. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
7. Add the tomatoes and sweet bell peppers. Cook until the sauce has evaporated, stirring occasionally.
8. Before serving, add the fresh cream and let it cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
