Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, brown the bacon in a dry skillet.
  • 3.   Once browned, add the cream and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 4.   Drain the pasta, pour it into the sauce, add the beaten egg, mix well, and serve sprinkled with cheese.
