Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the potatoes (sautéed, steamed, baked... according to preference)
  • 2.   Finely chop all the ingredients and place each one in small ramekins.
  • 3.   Beat the white cheese (Bibeleskäs) or add sour cream to the white cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Each person then seasons their white cheese according to preference (garlic, shallot, chives, etc.), and the potatoes are eaten dipped in the cheese, accompanied by green salad. (and with Munster cheese or cold cuts for the more indulgent)
