Instructions

  • 1.   Meanwhile, cook the meat in a frying pan. Season with pepper but do not add salt. Add the tomato pulp and set aside.
  • 2.   Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 3.   Arrange the cooked eggplants at the bottom of a baking dish. Cover them with sliced tomatoes. Add the meat in a layer, then add the cream with a spoon, in small dollops, without stirring, and spread it with the back of the spoon. Then cut the mozzarella into thin slices to cover the cream.
  • 4.   Bake for 30 minutes.

  • 30 cl of thick sour cream
  • 1 mozzarella
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
