Cod and carrot mash

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and wash the vegetables.
    Put the vegetables in a large pot of water and add coarse salt.
    Cook for about twenty minutes.
  • 2.   Five minutes before the vegetables are done cooking, cook the fish in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
  • 3.   For the vegetables, drain the water and transfer the cooked vegetables to a high-sided bowl.
    Mash them to your desired consistency.
    Add the soy cream, turmeric, and pepper. Mix well. It's ready.
