Instructions

  • 1.   In a saucepan, add 1/2 liter of water per bouillon cube.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add the dumplings and alphabet pasta.
  • 2.   You can also add carrots, an onion, or other julienned vegetables (or grate them coarsely) and/or replace the dumplings with eggs.
  • 3.   Cook for the time indicated on the package.
  • 4.   You can add small pieces of bread, as well as grated gruyère cheese for the more indulgent.
