Curry Chicken Wrap

Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with curry, salt, and pepper.
  • 2.   Cut the chicken breast into strips and sauté it in a pan with onions and mushrooms.
    Wash, deseed, and cut the bell pepper into strips before adding it to the chicken.
    Also add the tomatoes, diced and drained of their juice. (or choose sun-dried tomatoes for variation)
  • 3.   Heat the wraps in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
    Place 2 lettuce leaves on each wrap, spread the sauce on the wraps.
    Add the contents of the pan and fold the wrap.

Notes & Suggestions

  • This wrap can be enjoyed both hot and cold.
    For a cold version, you can opt for a raw version by using raw ingredients and cooked chicken (or chicken ham).

  • 2 tortilla wraps
