Breakfast Brioche (gluten-free)

Instructions

  • 1.   In a large mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, a pinch of salt, eggs, yeast dissolved in warm milk, melted margarine, and sugar.
  • 2.   Mix the dough quickly with a spatula for 10 minutes using an electric mixer.
  • 3.   Cover and let it rise for about 30 minutes in a warm environment.
  • 4.   Knead the dough again quickly for 10 minutes, then pour it into a brioche mold.
  • 5.   Let it rise again for 30 minutes.
  • 6.   Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 350°F.
  • 7.   Serve cold.

Notes & Suggestions

  • 40g fresh baker's yeast or 20g dry yeast.

  • 60 ml of milk
  • 60 g of powdered sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 g of dehydrated baker's yeast gluten-free
  • salt (according to taste)
