1. Steep the green tea bag in 5 dl of hot water, add peeled ginger and lemon juice.
2. Peel the fruits and cut them into small cubes, add finely chopped mint leaves.
3. Strain the tea and set aside.
In a bowl, pour 1 dl of water and dissolve the agar agar, heat in the microwave until boiling.
4. Mix with the tea.
5. In a mold, pour a little jelly at the bottom and let it set for 5 minutes in the freezer.
Pour the fruits and then the jelly until it reaches the brim.
Set aside in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
